Project Overview

The Olympic High School Addition & Modernization was a multi-phased project that consisted of new construction and modernization of the existing buildings. The total project square footage was approx. 192,000 square feet once completed. The new construction was approx. 89,000 square feet. The project included a 420-seat performing arts theater, large commons area, CTE classrooms, band/choir rooms with associated general classrooms and renovations of the existing building. The campus required a new 15kV primary distribution system with new site electrical utilities.
