Project Overview

This new 120,000 square foot, two-story building was constructed on an occupied campus. North Mason High school is located in a remote area located about 18 miles southwest of Silverdale. The project includes a full performing arts theater, 2 gymnasiums, and a large central commons area. The owner had a very aggressive timeline to construct the project. The project had similar staffing challenges due to the location. We were able to achieve beneficial use for the owner and students with the challenging accelerated schedule.
