Project Overview

New construction of a 120,000 square foot, two-story middle school building. This project was a replacement of an existing middle school on the same site. The existing middle school was occupied during the duration of construction. Construction was completed in November for a December owner move in.

Hudtloff Middle School was a unique project for the Clover Park School District. This was the first school to be constructed for this district in this bond measure. We helped the district work through many challenges regarding all new networked lighting control systems, building power metering equipment, and IT system integration of the CCTV/access control/instruction detection systems.
