Project Overview

We were the selected EC/CM firm to work with Skanska, Highline School District, and Hargis Engineers. The Highline High School project is approx. 256,409 square feet. This project required many hours of collaboration with the project partners during preconstruction to achieve the target value design budget. The project includes a 28-acre site with frontage improvements, athletic field lighting, and a stadium. This 3-story building will include 1 main gym and an auxiliary gym, a 450-seat performing arts center, technical labs, a large common area and a 100kw Grid Tied Photovoltaic System. When this school is completed it will accommodate approx. 1,600 students.
