Project Overview

The Fairview Middle School Replacement project delivered a comprehensive 109,000 square foot educational facility through a strategic combination of new construction and renovation. The project encompasses 70,619 square feet of new construction integrated with 36,502 square feet of renovated existing space, creating a unified campus that serves over 630 students.

Project Scope

The facility features 19 general classrooms, 5 science classrooms, 2 special education and 3 resource classrooms, and 4 CTE/art classrooms, along with a new commons/lunchroom, library, and distributed administration areas. The design consolidated three previously separate buildings into a single, cohesive structure, eliminating the need for students to navigate between buildings in adverse weather conditions. Existing athletic and music facilities, including the gymnasium, band, and choir rooms, were modernized and integrated into the new campus design.
