Project Overview

The Enumclaw High School was an occupied multi-phased project that consisted of new construction and modernization of the existing building. The new construction was approx. 130,000 square feet and approx. 34,000 square feet was modernization. The total building square footage at the completion of construction was 245,000 square feet. The project required a new 15kV primary distribution system with all new site electrical utilities. The new multi-story building included new music areas, CTE labs, and general classrooms. Renovations included the main gym and auxiliary gym spaces and the construction of a replacement main electrical room.
