Project Overview

The Central Kitsap High School and Middle School Replacement project was approx. 343,000 square feet. This project required detailed preconstruction and design focus from our EC/CM team members. The project included a 62 acre site with multiple cellular towers, frontage improvements, athletic field lighting, and a stadium. The main building consisted of a 3 level shared high school/middle school building, 2 gyms, a large theater, shared technical labs and kitchen space. There was a separate auxiliary gym building which was  approximately 28,000 square feet.
